Terms

These booking terms apply to events at Royal Prince Group venues in Paramaribo. A confirmed reservation requires a signed agreement and deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Package prices shown on our website are indicative starting rates in USD. Final quotes may differ based on date, duration, setup, and add-on services.

Unless stated otherwise in your quote:

• Weekend rates apply Friday–Saturday; weekday rates apply Sunday–Thursday
• Kids & school packages are valid Sunday–Thursday for guests up to 15 years
• Corporate and seminar rates may require a minimum number of hours
• 10% VAT (BTW) is not included in published package prices
• Holiday weekends, extended hours, and peak dates may carry surcharges

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in your contract. Late payment may result in release of the date.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are specified in your signed agreement. Generally, cancellations closer to the event date forfeit a larger portion of the deposit. Contact our team as early as possible if your plans change.

All clients and vendors must:

• Respect agreed start and end times including setup and breakdown
• Follow fire, safety, and capacity limits for the chosen room layout
• Use approved caterers and suppliers where required by the venue
• Leave the space in acceptable condition; damage or excessive cleaning may be charged

Royal Prince Group is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought on site, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Clients are responsible for their guests and contracted vendors.
